I've been thinking about going to this fest for a few months and a venue has finally been announced. The White Rabbit will be the venue and if anyone is familiar with the area any hotel info would be appreciated.

There will be a fest hotel so I would wait until it's announced on Myspace. Trying to secure a cheaper price.
