Rivera Amps

I know that Rivera is a rare word on this forum when it comes to amps but what are your experiences/thoughts/likes or dislikes about them?

Don't have any experience with their amps, but I own the K412 T cab with V30's and it's awesome.

I was able to play a knucklehead a few times, really liked it, one of my favorite amps.
Played it with a ESP SC607B in A through a Randall cab most of the times, cool sound.
Nice mids, not to much low end and transparent.

What about the Mick Thompson Rivera sig? I've heard it's pretty brutal

I played their subwoofer, seriously the shops walls were coming down and the rep guy just shout at me to stop playing lol

I had JJ EL34L's originally with Sovteks and to me it sounded like crap uke: Very thin and grainy sounding. I retubed it with winged c's and Tung-sol's and added a Mullard 12AT7 in the PI and man the beast woke up. There is definatly a good bottom end now. I am running the K-Tre through a Mesa OS cab.
