Rock Harvest

I just find it odd that in the midst of all the chaos and cancellations surrounding *this years* event..the promoter is already hyping *next years* event! WTF?? I especially had to eye roll at their post saying "Pretty cool securing a band that PROGPOWER USA has always wanted..."

I feel honored to be mentioned by the Rock Harvest promoter in his "hype" for next year's addition of his festival. He must have a magic wand that erases all public knowledge of his amateur attempts this year!

I congratulate him for getting this mystery band (even though I know who it is) despite the fact he could not pay a deposit this year for a van rental in order for a band to drive to his "festival".

I also applaud him for continuing on next year despite the fact that nearly half of his roster cancelled on him this year. Hopefully his mention of the ProgPower USA name will benefit him in the long run because he sure as hell has no chance otherwise.

Hey guys, my band and I are not too privy to exactly what's going on in regards to cancellations and whatnot. However, we're pretty excited to play this gig. We've played with Sebastian Bach, Symphony X, Dio Disciples, and recently The Protomen. If you got a sec, we're playing the Saturday date of the festival. Here's some links to our material. I hope you like it!

If you act NOW, though, you get 30% off next year! Woo!

I thought they were got a while back.

Same here, but then again it's hard to keep up with all of Leatherwolf's cancellations on top of all this drama.

It's a shame because LW were really good over the summer.

They were really cool guys, and seemed to all get along well.

I know they made a statement which pretty much read like, "We are now only a for hire band" which pretty much means "Give us a ridiculous offer to drive to your town"

He already posted on facebook when this all started with a warning saying any negative comments will be deleted. When of few of the first ones dropped some people posted angry comments and he took them down really fast. Between announcing bands he will have to cancel next year and deleting comments all day...he is going to be busy till showtime.
