If my memory serves me right it was
Biff on Vocals
Paul Quinn - Guitar
Graham Oliver - Guitar
Paul Johnson - Bass
Nigel Glockler - Drums
with guest apperances from Elton John on Party til u Puke and Northern Lady.

It say's on this very website that although Paul Johnson is credited as playing bass on the Rock the Nation album, in fact it was actually Biff who played all the bass parts.

Actually, although Paul Johnson gets credit for Biff's bass parts, I must take credit for having the ferocious bondage sex which inspired the Biffmeister. Without my guilded thrustings he would be nothing I tell you!!!!!!!!!!, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!
