Thinking of buying one of these two. I've tried the XT live and great in the studio not so hot live.

Never tried the Rocktron but the GT8 is a tried and true roadworthy piece of gear. I wouldn't hesitate recommending it in a second, I preferred my GT5(!) to my XT Live for fuck's sake!
