Let me be the first to say - what a great show from Sabbat at Hellfire in London.
For me, it was special as I have not been able to see Sabbat previously, being in Australia until recently.
Of course, like all festival sets, it was too short, but if that's the main criticism all is well.
The band truly lived up to Simon Jones' homepage comment to the effect that the current incarnation of the band is tight and energetic. Great sound, great songs, great stuff.
One of the greatest thrash bands, and by rights an English treasure, showed how it should be done. Having seen Destruction and Kreator, not to mention the big Amercian thrash bands, over the years, I am happy to say that Sabbat remain of the first class. Thanks guys.
Now, time to figure out the best way to north Wales for April...
