Sanctuary 2nite

Yes, the show was sick!! We got there during the band Evangelist. Wish I could have seen more of them they were pretty cool. Deathmocracy was next and they were ok, they had moments they were good and others were kind of blah. After the Fall Out was next and they were boring as hell. All there tunes sounded the same. 11:00 and Sanctuary hit the stage. Everyone looked great and played great. WD sounded freakin great. Awesome to hear those highs again. Brought me back to 1988. The sound was heavy as hell. They covered both cd's very well. Even threw in a couple of awesome cover tunes, beside White Rabbit. The Doors 'Waiting for the sun' (one of my favorite Doors songs) and ........oh shit, I can't remember the name of the other cover, but it was great, hehe. There was a dude next to me that took video of the entire show. So, look for that on youtube soon. Lame review I know.

Probably not in the correct order, but these are the songs they did:

Eden Lies Obscured
Die For My Sins
Battle Angels
White Rabbit
Soldiers of Steel
Sanctuary
Termination Force
Waiting for the Sun (The Doors)
Your Own Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode)
Future Tense
Mirror Black
Long Since Dark
Seasons of Destruction
Taste Revenge

I came several times.

Nice.

Here's the setlist my buddy emailed me - I am so jealous of those who were lucky enough to witness it live !!!!

Eden Lies Obscured
Die For My Sins
Battle Angels
Termination Force
White Rabbit
Soldiers Of Steel
Into The Mirror
Sanctuary
Future Tense
Waiting For The Sun (The Doors cover)
Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode cover)
Long Since Dark

Encore:
Seasons Of Destruction
Taste Revenge

That Depeche Mode cover was pretty awesome, actually...

Edit: As was the whole show, and the general idea of a Sanctuary reunion, and Warrel's vocals and so on....
