so i just got my copy from EXPLODING NED's and i am pretty stoked on it! remastering is damn good and nice liner note essay. only complaint would be the lack of the live tracks from the radio EP released back then. other than that a nice job from Ironbird Records out of UK.

pick it up!
:)

Good to know. I have the original cds, so it's good to hear that the remasters are of good quality and that it has some decent liner notes.

yeah, i mean its not amazing liner notes, but i will take what i can get. some nice stock photos too, but i really just don't understand why the promo radio EP isn't included since its been bootlegged for years! but a minor flaw, really. but yeah the remastering only helps to remind me how terribly over-produced the drums on Refuge were. hahaha.

that is the radio/promo only EP i am referring too, but was long gone so only bootlegs are out there now. they totally could have fit it onto this reissue for sure.

I actually just found the live EP from an on-line store in Greece (sonicage). Really considering ordering it, but it's almost 8 beans to ship to US.

I'm wondering if it's a copyright issue if people made copies of that CD... I have to bone up on my (c)law. After all, it is for "promotional use only". Can we still promote old material? :goggly:

//edit//

ARRRGGG after searching on my CD wall the CD is gone! Sonofabitch. Luckily I ripped it. I have no idea where else it could be. I was gonna post a picture of it for anyone who's never seen it.

Wait, is this the 2-on-1 reissue? I didn't think that was supposed to be remastered.

Dane actually had NOTHING to do with the cd being released, and actually tried to have it blocked, according to him on the nevermore bored. LOTS of bad blood between he and Brad.

I did not think he had anything to do with the CD.
There was (probably still out there) a really bad site for Serpents Knight that talked about a sort of reunion. I believe that was where I read it.
I have a couple of really cool demo tracks recorded in the 'Mirror Black' sessions I believe that never made album. Just want to put this out there, if Divebomb did that re-issue it would have kicked ass.
