I voted for Lights Out too, but primarily because the overall tone of the album is darker and that suits me. The quality of the songs on the two albums are just about the same imo.

It took me much time to get into LO compared to Saviour. But it got me way more addicted. It's an hypnotic album. you've got to listen to it many times before you can sense its very essence.

so right!

i'd say lights out as well, but i guess it's because i just received it a few days ago and i'm enjoying / discovering it fully now...i guess i'll vote in a few month, or it'd be not fair

which songs in particular? cos of the lyrics?

especially Lights out, reality clash and terminal

it's not so much about the lyrics, though in several songs there are liines or parts that are touching(?) to me
it's more the overall feel of the album:it can really make me feel sad (well that's not the exact word but i don't know any better one)

hard one but i'll go with saviour. both are very good tho lo is deffo more "difficult" to listen too.

Even listening totally the Light's Out album, could be difficult to me to say is better than Saviour, whom is a classic album, an icon for Antimatter!!!

ps: sorry for the icon word Duncan :erk:

:D :D

in retrospect... now i say "saviour" is better. it's so good and probably none of next antimatter albums can "outrun" saviour. i don't say "lights out" is not good album, but after heavier thought i go for "saviour".
