90.3 - KUSF

College radio station here in San Francisco that has been playing the coolest stuff this morning. Woke up to it at 7:30 to what sounded like african wedding music--odd time drums and ostinatos, with nasty bits of vibe on top playing the most brutifully atonal flourishes... now they're playing what sounds like vocals from Magma or Yes, with Zappa like musical tangents with detuned timpanis and dissonant xylophone, flutes and chimes... now turning into electronic noise drone!

EDIT: Turns out that was Make A Rising, the track being Sneffels Yokul---check it out, it was intense!

If you can tune in to KUSF, do it!
