My friend Steve, who also really likes trance music never seemed to "get" Shpongle whenever I played it around him. It's weird because based on his musical tastes, he should like it. However, he always said "it's good, but I would just choose to listen to something else instead."

Then we went camping, ate mushrooms, and played Nothing Lasts... But Nothing is Lost and he seemed to be into it finally. He said two things during that period of time that were really great to hear. One was "Why don't I have this album yet?" and the other was "I think I finally get it, this really is amazing!"

So, my advice is... eat mushies and listen to Shpongle
