This album is better than most metal.

It's actually pretty good. Extremely good considering the crowd that listens to it and the Fred Durst connection

Haha yeah, I hate the Fred Durst connection. I have a huge emotional attachment to that album and some of 14 Shades, it was what got me out of rap and into guitar music in general. I still think Aaron is one of the best singers out there. It's really atmospheric and grim in it's own right.

Some of Stainds other material is just shit though.

I totally agree. There's a few really classy songs on that album, "Epiphany" in particular. Never tried out any of their other stuff since I assumed it would be more limp bizkait
