Scott Burns - Quad Tracking?

I've been thinking about this for a while now, it sounds like a few of the records he did were quad tracked to me. I had always assumed that quad tracking wasn't used all that much (if ever) at the time he was most active though.
In particular it's Effigy Of The Forgotten and Human that are leading me to think this.

Is it just me?

Yup, one side of rhythms was double chuck and the other side double James, I remember him saying that too. But that's all I know

Hi, listening to Spiritual Healing right now, I was wondering the same thing and I am pretty sure it is quadtracked, at least it is really obvious on breaks/song intros with guitars only, here is a little mix I made :
