Searching the name of a band

hey guys,

long ago in 2002, I remember listening to a heavy metal band. The drums were very quick, with some growling. I remember also from video the only members were 2 fat and I think bald men (no offense to them - just havn't seen so many like them in metal bands), if I'm correct they were from USA.

I want to know the band name, because it is forgotten in my history...

You can't seriously expect someone to figure out what band you're talking about with a description that vague?

I tried hard to remember but it was so long ago..

Here what I know:

- There were only 2 members
- USA origin band
- Had a political song about usa's government
- All the songs were with growls
