My 2 cents on the issue.
The song I suppose is the last of "Dirty Diamonds" and the song is a

uke: . Like it or not the
rapping has been present more than once in metal:
- Anthrax - 'I Am The Man'
- Bruce Dickinson - 'Sacred Cowboys'
- Deep Purple - 'Sun Goes Down'
- Alice Cooper - 'Stand'
Now how much into RAP the song goes depends on who it's written/performed with and the evaluation of the listener. Personally I can digest BD or DP but never Anthrax or the Coop.
Unlike the ither performers Alice has always try different approaches to music, form the early psychodelia of "Easy Action" to the glam metal of "Thrash", from country in 'Desperado' to industrial in 'Wicked Young Man'.
Again the perception of the listener is what it counts, I have followed AC for many years, still I'm not interested in his pre 1971 or his 1980-1986 period. And even from the years I do like
I skip many songs for being unbereable.
'Stand' may be an experiment for Alice as an artist or as a merchant, in anycase it sucks and I'm very glad is the last of the album so I can dismiss it with a sleight of hand, after all the rest of the album is great vintage Coop and I value it for that reason.
