Semi OT: 2016 Great Year For Thrash Metal?

I think 2016 is looking very promising for the metal community. So far we've got new Megadeth and Anthrax. March will bring us some new Metal Church. Testament is working on a new album that should be out this year. And it's a possibility of new Metallica be years end.

I would think Overkill would start working on a new album too. They're usually good for one every couple of years. Maybe Exodus and Kreator as well.

Exodus & Overkill haven't released a good album each since the early 90's.

Have to disagree. The last three or four Overkill albums have been solid and as others have pointed out, Tempo of the Damned is a modern day classic. I also love Blood In Blood Out.
