Can be accomplished, but you might want to warm up first. It's an easy way to pull a muscle, or strain a joint. But it is doable, even in a car the size of a Corolla (or a Nissan Sentra).

Well definitely NOT the back seat. Like somebody else said, put the passenger seat as far back as it goes and recline. Thar ya go.

I think I might possibly be able to pull it off in my truck, but definately only in the passenger seat. I barely fit alone in the drivers seat. It is a bench seat though, so if a door was open that would work... I suppose I could always just get a canopy for it

It was pretty easy in my old car (88 Cadillac Eldorado). But thats just because Cadillacs are huge.
