speaking of banning ISP's, i have comcast.net seriously in my target reticle ... they're responsible for about 10-15% of all junk mail received by my server, as well as a bunch of other spam/junk mail generating isp's.......

Oh also delt, while i'm here actually. See on your server, is it an FTP program problem or the way your server is set but i cant delete folders with content in them, i need for this to be enabled so i can upload the new Fourthworld cause i have so many folders of Old site stuff i'd take about 3 hours to clear.

Or maybe i could give you a list of folders to delete or something?

recurse-removing directories seems to work fine, what program do you use, and what's the error you get? i'm running a slightly tweaked proftpd ..... maybe most ftp servers don't support rm -r 'ing directories, so your program doesn't implement it.... ?

i dunno, i'm usually at the helm so normally i do file management stuff directly, and practically never through the web/ftp interface. and it's been a f'n while since i ran the stock ftp server that comes with linux and bsd (wu.ftpd)

I use WSFTP Pro but i'm thinking of switching back to CuteFTP cause that never ever pissed me off.
