I ordered DT shirts from Art-Worx some time ago. I wanted to get the "Haven" LS and TS, but I only got the TS because the LS was sold out at that time (don't know if it's re-stocked). So anyway, on the page with the shipping fees they say that overseas costumers should ask for the shipping charges first. This means they don't have any fixed fees for this. I think you can use this address: warehouse@art-worx.de. I hope this information helps a little. I myself am from Europe (not from Germany, though), by the way, so I can't tell you anything about how long it lasts.
