Why buy the cow when you can drink the milk for free? :loco:

Yeah...When your eyes only see milk, mine sees a coco and some cheese on the top of my warm breakfest. :D

Fuck, I'm quite drunk.... :loco:

GOD DAMN!

I haven't had a big haul in a looooong time (but a big haul for me is like... 5 cds (with several used)).

That looks like a cream thy pants haul.

What's this Jotenheim? I notice Doomcifer uses it as his avatar on the Hellride forum.

The Hellveto cover looks sick and scary!

Witchcraft and Rudra are excellent (former in my top 10 this year, and I can't get "Wooden Cross" out of my head).

Based on the cover alone, I'd be tempted to buy that Theudo myself, heh. Artist reminds me of whoever painted Windir's Likferd cover.

The Likferd cover was painted by famous Norwegian national romantics Adolph Tiedemann and Hans Gude around 1850.

Their most famous painting:

Theudho - Treachery (in the longstanding tradition of me buying stuff that simply looks cool, this has a guy with an axe and viking longships on it, how bad could it be?)

Can't wait your impressions on that mystery purchase :tickled:

Otherwise a very cool haul, actually I know only 2 albums, but the rest speaks to me in funny review recollections

Glad you enjoyed the painting, it's one of my favourites as well. I'm a fan of national romantic paintings in general, especially Norwegian:

Some J.C Dahl paintings:

You might recognise one of them ;)

I have a bunch of stuff to add to it actually, maybe even some stuff that this finicky bunch would want. :loco:

But I'm about to head out to go drink beers with JayK.

Hey, that bottom one is Windir's 1184 album!

Correct. I think the "Arntor" cover was originally painted by a member of the Norwegian NS (Nasjonal Samling, the Norwegian national socialist party who formed a government during WW2), who made several propaganda posters. I believe the original text was something like "JOIN THE NS, AND FIGHT FOR NORSE IDEALS AND AGAINST THE BOLCHEVIKS" :loco:
