Has anyone had experience with both of these mics? Just wondering which one is generally better for use with drum room, acoustic guitar, vocals, piano, etc; Ya know, the usual.

Shure KSM32 vs Audio Technica AT4050?

there is a respected guy over at GS that praises the KSm32 for overheads. Im using oktavas mk012 which are really good. Im gonna order a new pair for overheads next month though. I have ordered KSM32, Peluso R14 and Shure 141 so if it isn't urgent for you maybe you can wait and hear my verdict 
don´t know about the shure but the at 4050 gets used here for acoustic guitar and nearly all vocals.
Ok sweet. But I won't be using it/them for overheads, I'll be using it for the room mics on drums . (and I'll only be getting one)

I can upload a recording of a room mic using the KSM32. My recording space isn't ideal, but it might help your decision. For the record, I never used an AT4050 though.
i have the shure and it's a good all around condenser mic that can be used for a lot of things. one studio drummer i know uses it for toms and i think sometimes for rooms too.
