Dude! wait till you hear it your Volume knob will go as high as possible all on its own! :grin: it will totally stand out as a TOP 5 album for the year IMO ofcourse .. but dont expect SX he really Rips on this baby its smokin!

That's another one of the like 50 cds that I'm looking forward to this year...
Isn't he doing some kind of combo album w/ Jorn Lande also?
 
This is an album I've been waiting for too. Everywhere I've looked it shows a release date of April 26th. How the hell did you get it so early, JD? I've heard nothing but great reviews and if it hearkens back to the early days of Bad Company and Deep Purple, then I'm on board!

I'll be getting it as soon as it's available here in the States.

Lets just say I have my sources :) I think you will love this album! its Premium Grade Hard Rock!!! and Dare I say Better than BC or DP!

Cant catch a madman ..I'ma music machine ... or posibly the whole damn factory :loco: ... you will love it though his vocals bare no resemblence to SX he just Rips it up ... you will know what I mean once you hear the first moments of "Blackout" that song tore my face off :)
 
There's no doubt Allen has a great set of pipes. I think that is one of SX's strongpoints and he was great on the Star One project and other Ayreon projects....shows he's quite the versatile singer. It was no surprise to me when he announced he was doing an old-school hard rock album.

can't wait, can't wait, can't wait.....

Another you should try out Ted is Borknagar - Epic ... its Kinda Black Metal but then again its not more like Progressive Black Metal ... its great stuff and it has nothing to do with the silly ass satanic BM its very much more Intelligent... and you can find it at any reputable record dealer :rock:

alright doc, but i have one question....when you told me to get those Testament, Overkill, and Savatage albums....why didnt you tell me about Flots??? i just ordered DFTD and the preview sounded amazing! im really looking forward to that album

I hadnt gotten that far ... anyways the BIG banner I had in my sig last week should have tipped you off :p A Flotsam Album you will not be able to live with out is Cuatro get it ASAP you wont regret it
