Hello!

I finally got Skydancer's original Spinefarm-version and I was wondering how big was the first pressing anyway?

I also don't have any idea how rare it actually is, so I got it with 13,90€ and thought it was cheap? I also got Dimmu Borgirs For All Tid-original No Colours-release and that costed 14,50€.

dunno about the pressing, but yeah, you got it pretty cheap. i know of places selling the first pressing for up to 40,00€.

Now all I need is Of Chaos And Eternal Night MCD and then I can sell my S+OCAEN away...

also, how much is an import (in the US) copy of ESI worth? I'm probably going to get one, just don't want to get ripped off... it's an Osmose copy, so I think it's original... unless there's a reprint...

Basically nothing. Or, well, $10 at most. If used, it should be less. It is not rare AT ALL.

Where did you get it?

I never got one of those myself (all my friends had a copy and I didn't have too much money back then), and just bough Skydancer + OCaEN once it was made available in Finland. Nowadays I wish I could find one of those originals around - all of the Skydancers in www.huuto.net have OCaEN with them.

Oh, and about ESA (note the last letter!), it may have become rare during the past few years, unless Osmose made a new print-run. There were a lot of them around some five years ago, but nowadays I rarely see one in any of the music-shops I go to. I can't say for sure, though.

I found it from Music Hunter (if you don't know the place, it's in Helsinki, between Kaisaniemi and Hakaniemi). It's amazing store! This time I did found Skydancer and For All Tid and last time I got Subterranean from there! And the prices have been "cheap", I think IF's Subterranean cost about 9€

As far as I know, the first version isn't particularly limited. It was on sale and being re-printed for 2-3 years before Spinefarm put out the edition with "...chaos..." on there as well. No idea about the actual amount of copies printed, though.

ESA is not rare as far as i know, at least i see it all the time in the local music store.
