i like slate stuff and steven is a funny guy but whenever
there is a problem with one of the products,
as a customer you are practically doomed...

i have opened a support ticket and got a reply two days later,
well that's pretty ok.

i replied again and then nothing happened for days.

i just got a mail saying that the case was closed because i did not
respond any more.

seriously?

i also think that the guy who i was mailing with had no
clue what he is actually saying...

i have bought the TERRY DATE EXPANSION for TRIGGER a while ago
and could not get it running in TRIGGER1.
it works in TRIGGER2 but T2 sucks and i do not want to use it.

i mail to the support about this and the guy ept telling me that it works in T1 and that i have to choose the correct license in TRIGGER1.

well this works in TRIGGER2 but i do not know about an option in TRIGGER1 where you cann "add licenses"

looks like the guy has no clue what he's talking baout, but well,
maybe i'm wrong too...

any ideas?

I'm guessing there's a problem because you insist on using a legacy product. What's wrong with Trigger 2?

if it does not work with TRIGGER1 then it should be labeled "not working with TRIGGER1", it's that simple.

TRIGGER2 file browsing is real pian in the ass, it's also slow as hell, loading samples takes 5x longer than in trigger 1.

Yeah maybe you should update.theres most def a licence thingie in the preferences, thats how CLA worked for me.

User error on your part buddy, I've added Deluxe and CLA licences to Trigger 1 with no fuss, open settings/options and click "select licence file"

you need trigger v 1.66 for CLA, TD and DB expansions to work.
its clearly stated in the manuals and read me's of the products.
