i like slate stuff and steven is a funny guy but whenever
there is a problem with one of the products,
as a customer you are practically doomed...
i have opened a support ticket and got a reply two days later,
well that's pretty ok.
i replied again and then nothing happened for days.
i just got a mail saying that the case was closed because i did not
respond any more.
seriously?
i also think that the guy who i was mailing with had no
clue what he is actually saying...
i have bought the TERRY DATE EXPANSION for TRIGGER a while ago
and could not get it running in TRIGGER1.
it works in TRIGGER2 but T2 sucks and i do not want to use it.
i mail to the support about this and the guy ept telling me that it works in T1 and that i have to choose the correct license in TRIGGER1.
well this works in TRIGGER2 but i do not know about an option in TRIGGER1 where you cann "add licenses"
looks like the guy has no clue what he's talking baout, but well,
maybe i'm wrong too...
any ideas?
