They put on a great show. Even though their last two albums sucked, the vast majority of the songs they played were from their good albums.

Yanni is fucking awesome, and no, they are not "too damn good for me," I just don't see the point in going to see a band that I do not enjoy, even if it were free. Maybe, if the support bands were good or if they were to only play stuff from Show No Mercy, then I'd go but other than that I'm not seeing them.

I got my tickets. To be honest, I'm more interested in Lamb of God than Slayer but I generally like all the bands that are playing. (except Thine Eyes Bleed, I've never heard of 'em)

Slayer, musically, blew the shit out of Lamb of God. Lamb of God had a lot more energy then Slayer, however.
