"Sleeper" not on American DVD?

Is "Sleeper" on the dvd in Europe or something because it's listed as one of the tracks in the credits but it's not on it. I just got the box set from The End Records. Anyways, I love the DVD. I just got a live bootleg on CD of the same set in Italy and it sounded fucking horrible, so I thought they were just really shitty live. Glad to see they aren't. And by the way, I love the constant camera changes because I have extreme ADHD and it was fucking awesome. The only problem I had with it other than "Sleeper" not being on it when it was supposed to be was when Daniel flipped me off. It really hurt my feelings.
I guess he doesn't like me. -Vince

I got mine from snapper, no sleeper. perhaps they cut it last minute?
