I went through that. Was mildly disturbing for a while, no matter what time I had to get up, I would just keep hitting snooze.
Had a really shit gig last night and just violently not in the mood for life haha. Taken the day off of everything to recollect my thoughts.

Damn, man, sorry to hear about last night - I know you guys were looking forward to it.
I think this recent slothlike behavior should be attributed to a cold or something.
But here's a question - how do you often overcome you slothlike behavior.

Earlier nights. instead of waking up at 10.30 and needing more rest... so sleeping till about 1.00 
p), I wake up at 5.30 and need more rest and thus can get up at about 8.00-9.00 ish... early night for me is about 11.00, 11.30
Also, not eating before going to bed helps a bit.
Quiet Life pills, completely natural formula help chill you out on an early night too. Sometimes trying to go to bed too early results in laying in my own sweat until 5 in the morning then sleeping for 2 hours and waking up feeling like complete shit.

I think that's my main problem - I've been having serious trouble sleeping well throughout the night. I never, ever, ever have a problem falling asleep - the running joke (and it's true) is that you can't let me lay down and have my head touching a pillow, or I'll be asleep in less than 5 minutes, even if I'm having a conversation or on the phone.
But for the past two weeks or so, I keep waking up at random points, only to fall asleep and wake up 20-30 minutes later for no reason.

Drew this for my GF for valentines day. She hasn't seen it yet. It's getting framed and everything. I can't draw at all but I think she'll appreciate it. it's us as sloths.

Which is meant as a compliment in a way, of course. 
I love this thread. People at some forums are pretty confused by my new terminology including words like slothy, slothlike, slothliness, sloathing, slother etc.

Sloths have suddenly become a bit of a net craze, videos I linked on here ages ago are appearing on ebaumsworld and spikedhumor apparently. Well good. Sloths deserve the attention. Hopefully this will have a possitive effect on the charities helping the sloths as they near extinction.
We can always remember, the DT board had a handle on the Sloth before the rest of the Interwebz.
