Snare drum on INFERNAL album...

Hello. I am French, excuse my English level.

I love the sound of the INFERNAL album ( Edge of sanity ). I appreciate the sound of Drums and more especially the snare drum !... Would it be possible to know the type of snare drum ? It is an obsession since years :Spin:

Might be a piccolo snare.

At least it is damn tightly tuned

it´s a piccolo. I think it was a pearl freefloating!!

Do you know the type : Wood, Steel, Brass, Bronze ? No trig ??

Excuse my insistence but i' m a big fan of Edge of sanity and i' m a drummer. I think the production of this album is splendid !!! If I knew the others secrets of production ( type of amplification guitar, effect...) my dream will be realize !!!!!!

The drums are no trigger, only the kickdrum that is from an old Ddrummodule.
I think it was a small, bronze piccolo of some kind.
The guitars are an old Mesa Rectifier. The bass is recorded straight. The vocals were an ATM4033 thru DBX28A onto my VS880.
