But is it asking too much to want to understand why everytime I post something new (thus having the current last post in that particular thread) it displays that thread as having an unread post when I return to the main page? Most of the time I don't really feel compelled to read what I just finished posting.

I figure I'll just let the board do what it wants to do and just be thankful that some of the old problems (ie. the server going on vacation every few days) seem to be fixed for now.
