So Tate is out of 'Ryche

I can tell there are lots of Tate fanboys on here, and I do agree with what some people say. In my opinion, I think QR should have just disbanded, because obviously Geoff Tate can't sing as well(Should have quit smoking earlier Geoff), and he can't write songs at all anymore(just listen to songs like "Wot We Do" and "Hot Spot Junkie" and all the truth will be in those 2 songs.)

THEN after the band disbanded, the rest of the guys should have just taken up a new band name with the new killer singer they hired and just dropped the name Queensryche for good, and then just worked hard on a new original album with ass kicking vocals... Even an average power metal band would sound better then the last 3 or 4 QR albums....So they really have nothing to lose.

THIS is what I've been trying to say all along....So many want to defend Geoff, but this paragraph says it all, and if I read that article write, the above paragraph came from
the band members of QR....

Have there really been a lot of people defending Tate? I haven't seen much of that on this forum at least.
 
Sounds more believable than Tate's side, but my question is it's four or three vs. one, why did they let Tate take so much control if they didn't agree with alot of the decisions for soooo long?
 
I'm surprised no footage of the concert in Sao Paulo has surfaced which clearly shows Geoff spitting on the bandmembers as they claim. I think it would be pretty hard for someone in the audience not to have captured that and then resist the temptation to post it online. I'm not saying the spitting didn't happen and am not defending Tate, but it's hard to believe in this day and age of cell/video phones that no footage exists and has not surfaced publicly to prove the band's claim and help sway the court of public opinion in this now messy divorce.

As I stated earlier, Tate is an egomaniac. Now, if the allegations from his former bandmates are true. It appears he's a sociopath, also. My mother-in-law has antisocial personality disorder, too. Formerly called sociopath. They are toxic to any relationship and it is untreatable either with meds or psychiatric care. That is why my wife, daughter, and I severed all contact with my wife's mother because of the damage she's caused. I can fully relate to the QUEENSRYCHE boys if Tate indeed suffers from APD.

In addition, the documents also show that a Tate-less Queensryche has been asked to play for much more money than they were getting WITH Tate.

Yea, I didn't mean specifically this forum....Not too many defenders of Tate on this forum, but I've been cruising all kinds of different forums ever since the news came out, and I'm finding lots of Tate fanboys that are acting as if the band make a huge mistate by kicking tate out....

The main point I wanted to make in that paragraph I posted is just how much Tate absolutely HATED the old QR material..... Also I met the band years ago....All the band(espcially Scott R) were some of the nicest guys I've ever met in metal, but Tate totally snubbed me when I tried to talk to him and came across as a complete asshole.....I'll never forget that, as he was an idol to me at the time.......


I would believe the rest of the band's side of the story over Tate any day!!!! Tate has always rubbed me the wrong way, so I'm not suprised over any of these stories....

Why is it funny? It's funny cause Wilton is a crybaby. He should be ashamed of telling the public how Tate whooped his ass, LOL.

Also, he is a shit songwriter who can't even play his own songs and he is an idiot for thinking people are actually gonna give a crap about his new Queensryche.

Still can't stop laughing -- I'd have loved to see his face when Tate said "pussy, what now, you gonna cry?" LOL.
