Yup, it is. My mates and I have ordered CDs and stuff there several times in the past, and they turned out to be very reliable. I don't think they're expensive. And if you make an order for at least 50,- € you can choose an extra CD for free. That's quite ok I think.
Since my favourite record store here has closed down, I'll be even more dependent on a decent mail-order service. Where do you usually get your records from?

ah, i meant that dvd is quite expensive, not their offerings in general, though i have to admit couldn't find it much cheaper in any german online- shop yet. i think 20 € was the cheapest i saw. Anyway, since it seems as if the release was delayed again, i have time to search for another possibility.
I normally visit Saturn for cheap offerings, which is quite good whether you wanna buy cd's or dvd's. Amazon and Ebay is quite good to get cheap stuff as well, that's where i buy my records mainly.

IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT THE DVD

This is what the guy at the online store where I ordered my copy of the DVD said about the whole situation:

"bei der herstellung der anathema dvd scheint es probleme im presswerk zu geben. deshalb wird sich die auslieferung der dvd ein wenig verzögern."

...what means that there are problems at the pressing and thats why it would take some more time before its release...

@Thorsten: Amazon offers an excellent service, but unfortunately they often don't have what I'm looking for. It's the same with Saturn. One of the WOM stores here used to have a great rock/ metal selection, but they closed down a couple of months ago.

i see the problem Maren, well when i was listening still to metal i ordered me stuff from EMP and Nuclear Blast, cause they had nearly everything. But this grau shop is quite good as well.

Saturn sucks for that matters, i only have a look when they have special offers, for older cd's or dvd's mostly.
