I just bought my tickets today for the Maiden/Motorhead/Dio/Anthrax/Ministry show, August 29 at the Chronicle Pavillion. If I'm feeling extra saucy (and loaded), I might get some tickets for the Shoreline show too haha....

I'm gonna be at that show too, with 8 or 9 other metalheads (and possibly a crew of various punks, indy rockers, and emo kids joining in). Only thirty bucks for lawn seats, and then we'll just go down to the pit.

Sounds like an interesting show- Id love to see Ministry ( a band I very much enjoy), mixed in with these very "metal" bands.

I saw Maiden on their last tour- with Halford and Queensryche- well I would say they werent the tightest band in the world. The three guitarists just didnt work real well musically- still they put on a great show- and Bruce was as good as ever, as was Nicko. Anyway, the quesiton I have is, I wonder if Maiden is doing a bit more rehearsing for this new tour?
