So does my 1x12 8080 combo for the record. I cant weigh in on what its entire function is but I changed mine out recently and there was definitely an improvement in sound.

Randall RGs G3 also have tube somewhere in signal path, while previous RGs were all SS.

I very much enjoy the current peavey bandit generation. I'm never thinking about my tone when playing one, which I consider a good thing. Quite a few tonal options too for the tweakers.

Has anyone tried out the current Randall RG generation? If it's anything like the sound on the new Crowbar record, I damn sure need one.
