thanks man, sucks coz although my phone is insured, i'm not insured for unauthorised calls on it so i'm gonna have to pay the full whack. What was supposed to be a free gig ended up costing me £400 all in!

I don't quite get how you're liable? The phone was stolen. It was a Sunday. You couldn't call them to get it disconnected.

unfortunately I probably could have called them, at least in theory.

In practice i was stuck in London with no cash or phone so I wasn't gonna be calling anyone and anyway I didn't have the number to call them anyway

My sister regularly gets her phone stolen on tour all the time (i dont know how she pulls it off) but she doesnt pay for any of the unauthorized call shit and she always manages to get it reversed? Just give the company hell
