Its not this months issue, it was like 2 months ago when I got that!
Tis quite good, but it costs about 15 dollars for the magazine, but you get a cd with it, so its good value

I thought the tab wasn't too bad, with the exception of the verse chords. I also thought they missed out some notes in the intro. I learnt the intro ages ago, and although they tabbed the same tune, i play it mostly as variations of a D5 chord.

To be honest, I didnt know what smarmy was either till I checked. Phloggy doesnt sound all that earnest, so I think ill have to think of something else....
