nope, we literally say "fuck" pretty often. No french translation at all. It just means "ah dang" to us.

edit: actually, fuck has many meanings

example: we can say " fuck ça la-bas " which means " put it over there "

Fuck means "mettre" in french, and to put also means "mettre" so you get the picture
