Some kind of box?

I just watched the amazing DVD. I could see some kind of box right to the hi-hat, anyone know what it is? Just wondering

Don't know exactly where it's seen, but I do have my metronome to the left of my Hihat.
The trigger module is standing on a box underneath it.
