"post-metal-djent-hindustani-cl*assical-prog-jazzery."

Does Sam Dunn know about this sub-genre, and if so - when will be the documentary?

I had to listen to this one first just BECAUSE of this description! Although I saw hindustani as INDUSTRIAL when I first looked at it. Which actually fits too. And you could throw the word "technical" in there too for giggles....

Koyaanisqatsy - one of the best prog metal albums never released!

I have a digital download version that I bought from a German website, but apparently it is now available on iTunes.

It's a definite must have for instrumental prog fans. Incredible album.

Have they ever had another album besides the 2000 release??

No. I read a few years ago that one of the members was trying to pull something through with a record label, but current research suggests that it fell through.

Cant have an obscure band thread without mentioning some Comus. Fantastic progressive folk <3

They're also a huge influence on Mr Akerfeldt of Opeth. He also took a part of the lyric from this song as one of the title to an Opeth album. ;D
