Here is a mix i'm working on at the moment. This is my first mix after a long night so I know i'm going to tweak some things. Anyhow please let me know what you think.

Reamped through 6505+ and Mesa Dual Rec (Update...I put some c4 on vocals to kill the woofyness and also eqed the bass and guitars some)

Everything sounds clear and awesome dude.

Only thing is that these are the kinds of bands where I love using real amps to give it a different vibe. The pod ended up sounding great here, but a real amp would fit this band better imo. Maybe a mesa or orange

Although this is the kind of band i where would have gone with drum samples that i made, real amps, and probably other experimental things, but it would most likely end up sounding muddy and shitty hahaha.

Yea i'm actually reamping right now with 6505+ and Mesa Dual Rec. I did leave the original snare mic and tom mics in the mix but the samples overtake them.

LOVING the second mix dude. What's up with the snare? it sounds a lot like a snare is bleeding through the OHs but the OHs have a filter on?

I think the snare,overheads,tom and room mics were ahead of the samples and causing that. Protools Le sucks at plugin delay compensation. I just used some time adjuster plugins and tried to fix. Sound better?

hey josh man it sounds like the guitars are really separated from the drums, maybe the bass needs to be turned up or something to glue them together? that's the only thing that's bugging me.

Am I hearing some flamming going on with the snare? Personally, I can't ever fully trust time adjuster in PTLE so I manually compensate for delay.
