Something I noticed listening to 'Hours of Wealth'

Its not the first time its caught my ear, but every time I listen to it during the final vocal line "All days are in darkness and I'm biding my time, once I am sure of my task I will rise....again" it sounds to me like after he says rise and before he says again and the solo/outro or whatever you want to call it starts, it sounds like in the background someone goes, "Woo!" Like a little cheer or something.

Am I crazy or does anyone else hear it? Maybe its just keyboards or something making the noise.
