Please recommend albums similar to Burzum's 'Hildskjalf', I recently got it and love it.

Try some other Burzum albums, also, if your into the dark ambient stuff, just type in a search on google or something. I'd also recommend Ulver.

Saw some Tangerine Dream vinyl in a used shop yesterday. Which albums are good? or better yet? which are not worth owning? i might toss up a blind 5 or 10 bucks on one of them if i hear it's good. i'm a fan of burzum's ambient stuff, as well as other ambient-ish music from the quiet synth stuff to heavy drone. never really got into this kraut stuff before.

I think you should try Grabesmond. It has a bit more of medieval touch and it is generally darker, and not as boring as Hlidskjalf, still though.

I can't believe people actually enjoy Burzum outputs after Filosofem. It's such a waste of money unless you buy for completing your collection (my case).

stop listening to hildskalffalfal because it's a piece of trash, and then get some tangeine like somebody else said, or some harmonia, kluster, neu!, or kraftwerk albums

zeit, atem, phaedra (especially phaedra)m and rubycon. most of their 70s output is good. anything from the 80s is pretty much crap don't buy it

I second the Phaedra recommendation. Haven't really been able to get into anything of theirs other then that album.

I thought Hlidskjalf was ok. If you liked it, and you don't have this one yet, go with Daudi Baldrs. A fairly good ambient Burzum album
