There are some excellent quality bands in this country. Most have played at Bloodstock; Power Quest, Mercury Rain, Dragonforce, Infobia, FWK & Biomechanical, Balance of Power, etc, etc, etc. I just get pissed off with the lack of recognition that these bands deserve and what better recognition then to support Maiden.

Too right!!!

Any of the bands you mentioned there could have supported Maiden and got a great response. I do think that metal is growing once more over here but our home grown real metal bands need more support.

For that reason, Bloodstock is doing a great job and long may that continue!!!
