What are some songs that just make you realise that Heavy Metal will never be destroyed? Songs that make you realise that we ARE the strongest most loyal fan base of all music genres? Songs that make you proud to be a Metalhead.

Mine are...

2. Heaven and Hell - Black Sabbath
3. Deadly Sinners - 3 Inches of Blood
4. Its a long way to the top - AC/DC

For me, personally, I am a proud metalhead when the following are on-

Reign In Blood by Slayer
No Remorse by Metallica
The Fall Of Sipledome by Testament
Slaughter Of The Soul by At The Gates
Beyond The Great Vast Forest by Emperor

Seeing Iron Maiden play Iron Maiden live filled me with pride and conviction, even though the entire croud was a bunch of drunken, middle aged motherfuckers with absolutely no enthusiasm.
Anything by In Flames and Dark Tranquility - hearing the brutal beauty of the music fills me with sorrow for those who will never be able to appreciate such intense majesty.
Fucking Hostile by Pantera - the ultimate metal anthem
Master of Puppets by Metallica
The Last With Pagan Blood by Amon Amarth - this song is really about metalheads standing strong against the tide of shitty mainstream indie rock and hip hop shit.
