As a metal fan, what other genres do you like that is not heavy metal?

Wu Tang Clan - Forever (excellent intro) Songs: Visionz, Severe Punishment, Older Gods, Cash Still Rules/Scary Hours, Deadly Medley

Wu Tang Clan - 36 chambers (old school, very young, maybe a bit to raw to be an intro, but still very good)

Gza - Liquid swords ( quite possibly the best MC ever. according to taste.)

Raekwon the Chef - Only built for cuban linx

Ghostface killa - Ironman

Masta killa's album No said date - Song: D.T.D featuring Raekwon & Ghostface

satan's toe nail, I would suggest getting "forever" then "36 chambers", both are classics

Cheers :)

A friend of mine brought around Ol' Dirty Bastard - Nigga Please the other night, and I'm blown away. It's fucking genius. Twisted as fuck.

-Good deal of classic rock is solid (Zeppelin, for example, although technically that's really early metal)
-Certain movie and game soundtracks (ex. Silent Hill)
-I'd say "prog" but I'd really just mean "Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, and Pink Floyd."
-Psychadelic rock

I like those upbeat girl pop groups that get play in clothing stores.

the pop/techno/dance ones.

A few musicians I listen to that aren't heavy metal
