I'm going to say this - I think Dan Spitz is a complete fuckwit.
I absolutely used to love him back in the day - he was my fave band member growing up, and I still think the guy is an awesome lead player, but the guy has to be the most arrogant and delusional has-been to walk the planet. He carries on like he's a complete metal legend despite doing next to nothing of note in the scene for 20 years, and his recent videos posted showing the "first time IN HISTORY I show you how to play this and that Anthrax riff/lead" are just the biggest self-indulgent wank embarrassment online.
The guy is clearly one sheep short in the paddock. He seems to forget he's the one who pretty much walked away from Anthrax 2 decades ago, and now he looks like a desperate God bothering infant dog scratching at the door trying to get back into the scene now with his new band and posting photos with bands like Testament and Sepultura online everywhere. Will be interesting to see if this new band lasts 5 and a half minutes longer than his last couple of world-stopping turds like Red Lamb or his slide guitar extravaganza. Oh, and whatever happened to Voices of Extreme, the other band he supposedly joined recently?
