I think that this is the point that Howard and Porkey come out and show us how well the ombudsman and the commission is working, by rejecting all of these "agreements".

It would demonstrate to all of us serfs that the system is there to protect us.

But they'll continue as though it's the greatest thing since sliced bread and undermine their credibility.
 
Porky already reckons that it's working due to the sheer number of agreements being directed to the Authority. All I want to ask him is, how does an authority wading through 25 thousand separate agreements work better than the old Awards system, where a few agreed award structures covered everyone? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE YOU FAT FOOL!
