SSD + Alesis DM5

Hey guys, I was hoping to get some help on this topic...

I have a DM5 electric kit, and am going midi out into my interface, then trying to use it to sample a drum kit in kontakt 3 player. I can get most of the sounds to trigger, but the snare and some of the other pads are sending the wrong midi note and wont trigger anything in kontact.

I've been trying to figure this out for hours. Is it possible to assign midi notes to specific instruments? If not how would I get my e-kit to trigger everything properly?

i have the dm5 pro kit
id suggest maybe setting a patch up on the DM5 where you change the midi trigger notes in the module to suit that of the kontakt player

ahhhhhhh I got it

I was trying this whole time to set the midi note in the midi screen...little did I know I had to change the notes in the trigger screen
