SSD license issue.

I bought SSD3 time ago (downloaded)
Some days ago I upgraded my PC to Win7 and reinstaled everything again. I tried to enter SSD website to activate the software but I couldn't.
cause I realized the account I used to register doesn't exists anymore and I can't remember the password neither.

I wrote to the support tech last ago and I haven't get any response yet.
Do they always answer late?

Have you installed the first disc? Its not enough to have the libraries on a harddisk.
The serial you need is on or in the box that ssd came with. I think it was shipped boxed with that version?

It is the downloaded version. No box.
