SSD Platinum files missing?

Hey guys SSD support hasnt got back to me yet so Id thought Id ask here if any of you who did the SSD LE to Platinum upgrade have had files missing when loading the kits? In my case, every kit that I load it says '12 missing files'!

Any ideas?

Did you download it or get a disc? When I bought mine it only came as a DVD version (he hadn't gotten the download thing up yet). I don't have any files missing.

I downloaded LE and then upgraded to Platinum. Still waiting for SSD support to reply!
