Here is a great example of what i need. 1:05

Is there any place to buy/download samples like this?

Please do not say track them with a group of people because this is not a option right now. ;)

You could always take one or two people and have them stand farther back or closer once or twice them copy and alter the pitch. Like, first take, just normal yeah, then second take, farther away from the mic, maybe with a little room, then use multiple instances of those tracks, with different pitches used.

Goddamn, this is the third time I've said this.

Do what I always do. I've said this before, in some other thread.

Toss a click on and record the passage one after the other, maybe about six times or so.
Cut it up and place each recorded pass on a new track, aligning them by ear until you basically have six takes of yourself doing the gang section. Pan them out, into a compression bus and a small hall verb.
Boom gang vocals made simple.

This will do the trick for you. I promise.

I was wondering where that was at, i was going to use that as a reference too.

Funny, i don't recall asking how to record group chants with one person.

Not trying to be a dick, but if i could not figure out how to record a group part alone or with 2-20 people then i should just QUIT.

i came up with that the first time i had to record gang vocals with a limited amount of people and honestly, i'm pretty sure most other people have as well...

it's a solid idea and often works on certain occasions but having heard joshua's productions before, i'm sure the possibility has crossed his mind at some point while giving this a thought.
